| Bio: | I'm a 21 year old Canadian girl, born in Vancouver, grew up in Montreal. My family moved to Mobile, Alabama in the American deep South when I was 15, and I decided to stay here for college, at the University of South Alabama.
I'm deeply interested in prehistoric life and its evolution, especially late Precambrian and early Cambrian metazoan life, and everyone's favorite, Mesozoic Dinosaurs.
My eventual goal is to earn a PhD in Paleontology, perform research, discover fossils, and teach. Right now, I'm a geology major, biology minor, and a huge geek. Trying to lay off the video games though!
I'm also fascinated by just about all things Asian -- the languages, cultures, music, food... My dearest dream is to someday combine these interests and perform paleontological research in China, where there is an amazing number of discoveries made each year. |
